As stated before, the lobster left a lot to be desired one helping was enough for my wife and she was so looking forward to several servings. For such a modern and busy casino, hopefully you have smarter people working on a better solution. They need to come up with a better system or make it more automated. If you old enough to know what an “E” Ticket was for Disneyland and the lines to get to the best rides or you were in the military service where you had to wait in line for almost everything or you go to the DMV without an appointment, you have long lines and a lot of wasted time. Now you must have a reservation for dinner and in order to get the reservation you have to stand in one line for up to an hour or more only to get a reservation time for dinner, then return at the reservation time to stand in another line to get into the buffet. There new reservation system is really lacking. We were so looking forward to the lobster buffet and what a disappointment.
I really try to be positive and open minded when we visit restaurants and write reviews accordingly.
